this doesnt even shoot that fast. i'll use the m21 as an example from MW2. well...pretend it's an auto assault rifle with a scope. how's it an unfair advantage? also, it actually takes longer to scope in a sniper than it does to aim down your sight on any other gun, so who has the advantage?

AND imagine if the f2000 or ACR from mw2 were semi auto and shot that fast. they have crazy fire rate, why not on other guns too?

and in real life theres fully auto attachments for semi guns.

It is firing cause your button is wrong, the button you are using has a closed circuit. When the circuit is closed nothing is firing, that is what happens when you press the button. You need an open circuit, this does the opposite, when not held the circuit is closed and will not fire, however when the buttonon is pressed, you will have a clean circuit flowing through the controller and you will have a rapidfire result. So remember use an (OPEN CIRCUIT) Momentary push button.
