crackdown 3 better let you have the choice to see the CELL's side of the story and let you have armor types for example (light,medium,heavy) and armor advantages (light:faster slide abillity, medium: like the normal crack down 2 armor, heavy: more health falling smash so like when you fall and you hit the ground it kills any nearby enemys)

No, your helmet and armor is better if you have a high level ability

Eg- even if you only have level 6 grenades, and level 1 everything else you will have level 6 armor so just focus on upgrading 1/2 abilities rather than all at once
