This song takes me right back to the early 70s when the disco got popular and we dressed UP every weekend to dance and party. This was sort of the prelude to the nights - played in on the 8-track in the car wearing our polyester 'huk-a-poo' shirts and knew we were the BOMB. Barry was not sick yet - we were kids with no worries other than if we could afford the cover charge AND still buy a couple of drinks!!!!

I think Barry White was at his best when he was paired with The Love Unlimited Orchestra. The music is so 70's great. This sound is timeless but they just don't care about great music anymore. Now all it takes is a few buttie shakers and some guy rapping, trying to look hard, while holding his crotch.
