Aaron, the EU/UK based store is a fantastic news. I live in UK and can see that there is a great difference between American and British craft products. I really like HeroArts, you have a great quality products and lots of fantastic designs, but try to find the "woodgrain" stamp from your collection in UK - well, no luck so far. I hope to find some HA items on the September Stitch & Creative Craft show in Manchester. :)
Thanks for the comments! We are by the way working on a UK/EU-based store, meaning European retailers will handle customer fulfillment for European orders. I will make another video when it launches and do my best British accent. ;)
Ok, you totally have me now. I usually buy online only with this criteria: can't find item I want in a store + the online price is comparable to store price + no shipping cost. Since we can now select to ship to our local store and bypass shipping costs, I'm sold!
cool and even funny video...i love it. Do you also ship overseas? and to overseas retailers by website order, so they can ship to costumer cheaper...(especially within europe)
