Botswana, its "yaa kae?!?" its literal meaning is "where does it think its going?!?" a more relative English phrase would be something "like hold your horses" but in a kind of harsh key, so when the song gets so good and rhythmical, it gets carried away... and in a way he says to the "now getting over exited" guitar "yaa kae?!?" and he returns to the basic rhythm.
