Praise God that this young man is growing up in the environment of faith. May he one day pray, not what he has learned sounds good to an "audience" or what grown folk pray. This will be taken as criticism but it's not. Prayer is not a performance. How easily we forget that pride is a sin. Even when it is over our babies, our country etc. Let's just be grateful that this child has a heart to pray...just grateful.

Tentmaker777 on youtube, also philosopher Daniel Dennett. It is good to look at the whole argument- all the reasons for and all the reasons against. Life is more interesting that way and you maybe end up with a more balanced mature perspective

Praise God that this young man is growing up in the environment of faith. May he one day pray, not what he has learned sounds good to an "audience" or what grown folk pray. This will be taken as criticism but it's not. Prayer is not a performance. How easily we forget that pride is a sin. Even when it is over our babies, our country etc. Let's just be grateful that this child has a heart to pray...just grateful.

I started praying when i was young as well my bro had cancer and we prayed for him..he's 32 today and healthy and strong. then i learned prayer does work and i still pray everyday today be strong my bro in christ God will honor you for your good works.. stay true to yourself and to the Lord..

This is a church God can USE! Instead of quenching the Spirit of the Lord
rising up in children, as He always does, it is obvious that youngsters in
this body of believers are cherished and encouraged to serve Christ.
In our church in Virginia I insisted that children who wished to could stay
in the main service with the adults so they could experience the anointing
of preaching. Jesus raised up 2 young boys as prophet-preachers and
now they are mighty men of God. Lord bless this dear boy!

That was beautiful! This baby could have been anywhere but in the house of the Lord on a Sunday morning. So what he wrote it down!! OBVIOUSLY he knew that he was in the program to pray so he wanted to prepare himself! HE needs to be ENCOURAGED and those who are naysayers and leaving negative comments about this child should be ashamed!

i posted this video of my son to share with friends and family wasnt exspecting all of the comments.some people can be so cruel while others are very uplifting and positive.my son spent the summer with my mother and for youth Sunday he wanted to say and prayer and sing, something he had never done before when i saw the video I was very proud ...so i didnt write the prayer for him he did it himself.and whos to say it didnt come from his heart because he wrote it down

If that young man was walking with his pant hanging down no body would say anything because hes emulating the culture! If he is reading, I would rather him read a praying in God's house than drop it like it's hot in the club, or be on the streets selling drugs, or other things. One reason why our young people do the wrong they do is because some don't have the proper support at home. Support the young man!!!!
