  • that is a very good example that a Kata (poomse, tao, etc, etc) is not a stupid choreography used only to pass exams and win tournaments, is a method for learning combat skills, that can be used in true fights...all martial arts practitioners have to learn, study and understand their forms, in order to improve their fight skills

  • I do like their firm bodies, but why are they so aggressive at the end?

  • Great drill. Aside from the full nelson bit, my bunkai for kururunfa is different, but I enjoyed this interpretation.

  • Wow! That looks like a gym I used to play volleyball in about 20 minuts from Kadina AFB on Okinawa. :P
