I like my 02 Pt cruiser but must say that Chrysler really dropped the ball on the suspension on this car. Its actually the dodge neon with a new shell. If it had a better suspension set up it would be ten times the car. Also they should have a V6 or even a V8 option. That would kick ass! But still all in all a good car.

Then his name is Jocko,not Rocko. Lots make the same mistake. The black guy is Reggie Deleon. He has been a member of sha na na since the 80s. He just passed away from prostate cancer. He was a great singer and performer,plus an all around great person. He's one of the few you wouldn't mind hanging out with while on the road.

pr3typ0ny: I just read your post. Chrysler DID update the Cruiser. A year or so after we purchased ours, the convertible was introduced and all models were available in many new colors. We purchased ours 'sight unseen'-except for the online pictures!! It took 4 months after ordering to finally get the car! We had a blast with it.

We had a PT Cruiser and loved it!! Never had a problem with it in the 3 years we owned it. We had some nice pinstripping painted on it and joined a couple of PT Cruiser clubs and had a great time meeting other Cruiser owners. It also had a ton of room inside!! After the loan was paid hubby, for some stupid reason, wanted to trade it in for another car - not a Cruiser. Wish I still had it!!!! The car garnered a lot of (good) attention!

The only reason why they did this song is because chrysler offered each member of sha na na a free chrysler every year for life. If they performed that song in turn would give a massive promotional & financial boost in sales. The only problem is that everything made by chrysler is a total piece of shit. I would rather drive a vintage yugo, kia, or daewoo than a chrysler any day of the week.

@Slightlyevil well actually, sure. the lines are the Si are really sharp and the coupe version of the accord is pretty sweet too. that plus the fact that the accord will last longer go faster and handle better... i don't know, PTs just don't look good. they dont look like hot rods and i do tend to laugh at boys who drive them (no offense!). fortunately where i live there aren't a lot of them.

@Slightlyevil wow, you do have good taste in vettes! i don't think i could laugh at a guy in one of those... i would love a car that powerful one day (i'm 16 and drive my dad's old 6speed 325xi). my dad's really into cars so i've kinda picked up on that. he's got a 911 turbo that i get to drive sometimes. i'm more a fan of rally cars though. you know, awd, stiff clutch, and you don't have to worry if they get a dent or a scratch sometimes

My PT is a GT. 270 HP. 320 FT-LBS. Getrag 5 speed with a Hurst Shifter. Fully Functional Ram Air hood. Borla Dual Exhaust. Not exactly a "Chick Car." It seems like everyone who calls the PT a Chick Car is driving a Honda or a Toyota. At least the PT is unique. Not a bland castrated jellybean.

My PT is in the video, but you gotta know where! This was at the PTOC's Convention on the N. Embarcadero San Diego 4/06. The main PT belonged to the now gone PTOC Pres. It's ALL ShaNaNa members, NO fakes. The 3 originals are Jocko, the bald one and the one in the striped shirt.
