I've learned that what people think they like about cheese, is the texture or the addiction they have to the salt or the fat...because if they really knew what it tasted like without all of the induced chemicals & dye & salt & blah blah...they'd be runnin. Also I had Daiya the other day, & well I'll never need animal cheese again, Daiya looks & feels like cheese, it's texture on my tongue is rather spongy, but melting it, & placing into my sprouted vegan bread & pattie is delish.
If you knew history, which clearly you don't, sir or ma'am, veganism has been around since the Garden of Eden, so you enjoyed being called out in your ignorance.
