This song is nothing to do with the HiFi recordings. Adam laid the vocals down for this just before Idol. Brazen is one of the guises of Aaron McLelland, aka Fonzarelli, and known for his production of well-known artists and remixes of classic songs. This was always intended to be released at this time because it is aimed at the Ibiza club season and unlike the HiFi recordings actually has Adam's blessing. Also unlike the HiFi recordings, it is a professionally produced and finished article.

It's all Adam, Lead and back-up. Loved the high note used as a back-up. If you're Adam fan and don't recognize his voice here, you need to go back to the drawing board and learn his voice. By the way, this song is awesome, and this guy can do anything. However, I didn't like the old song "Want", he sounded good, but song is so lame. It's his sophomore years to what he can really do now. I'm waiting for the real debut song. Can't wait to hear his new sound.

It's the lyric of the original and this song was intended to be released at this time but without the singer necessarily credited (as is normal for dance records that are usually only credited to the DJ/producer) so he was hardly going to sing any other lyric. Besides, what does it matter? I wish people would cut this "being true to himself" cra@p. He is being true to himself if he is doing what he wants to do and singing whatever lyric he wants to sing.
