IMO, I think ESPN should televise a few games with this song, TNT should keep doing their thing, and NBC should televise weekend games with some double/triple header packages and rights to the NBA Finals. Actuallyvin 02-03 inaugural NBA season for ESPN/ABC---This theme was only on ABC games and ESPN games had a different theme (which was good as well). then the next season (03-04) until end of 06 season they started using this one for ESPN and ABC then got the current garbage theme they have. HEre are my NBA theme rankings:

1. NBC

2. TNT theme from 1999-2002

3. This theme

4. CBS

5. FOX (the locla games).

6. Old Comcast theme

7. ANyother theme but current ABC/ESPN theme

Kings DID beat the Lakers in 2002 but the NBA fixed it for LA to win by cheating. HEck since start of 2000-01 season the NBA was starting to fix games. Now yes LA won the Title legit in 2001 but the fact they went 15-1 was due to winning a lot of close games due to refs help. Then in 2002 they practically had every call against the Kings given to them on a silver platter.

And yes I agree with you on Christie vs Fox thing. Fox stunk. Christie was an excellent Defender.
