How did you convert a .pdf into a mid?

@SlickSmack I used MuseScore, but you can use any MIDI creation program. Just manually insert the notes. That's what I did. There are programs out there that can scan sheet music into a MIDI but I think those cost money,

I did, however, find a stolen never going to give you up piano cover taken from BenSpinSpace. Third, the audio of both videos do not even come close to matching up. Fourth, even if it was adjusted to make it sound differently, there is a wrong note in this MIDI file that differs from the original. You should be sued. Derp.

There are two colors; I made this MIDI file myself from sheet music to make it playable. Unlike other noobs on YouTube who just google up a MIDI and slap it into a video in like 5 seconds, I spend days working on MIDI fiiles that are playable with two hands and are actually helpful and possible to play. Please respect the work I put into this to make it playable. :) 500 char!
