Next time make a day trip out of it and go all the way to Livermore. Halfway there is a place you can grab some lunch called The Junction. Bikers and drivers stop by there for a bit of a break during their fun in the twisties. Once you come out to Livermore, you can stop by Del Valle Park and have a bit of a picnic, swim, fish, or rent a paddleboat. Good place to relax and do a bit of recreation.

wow!! you guys actually went way up there where the Lick Observatory? so lucky xD. Great view from up there, and hey, try going up there again to see the sunset :D btw, that park looks like a good place to go hiking

yea lol we were scared, especially the driver. I can't believe it was so steep with like no railing on the side of the cliff!! It was a nice experience, I've always wanted to go up there and see how it looks like, one day i'll go up there to see the sunset, thanks for the idea hehe :)
