Gread job quite nice compositing, but you can still become better for example the weapons would have more recoil when fired in automatic mode and bursts also a silenced weapon should sound like one :) you could also color correct the blood splatter FX a bit more to fit into the scene and given lighting but overall great job keep it up :)
