  • Nippon and Nihon are both formal name of Japan. Actually, Nippon is "slightley" more formal and traditional than Nihon.

  • Thanks a lot for the video, it was really interesting to learn about the writing systems of Korea and Japan. I just have one quick question is Chosun basically the old name of the unified Korea and Deh Han Min Gook is the name of South Korea?

  • Your engagemant inspired me to look for korean restaurants in the near (Japanese and Chinese are common, Korean not). And i found one ... and there are regularly meetings of a kind of a german-korean "Friendship Association". What a luck! :-)
