Whatever some may think USA is not evenly made out of average Americans. There are red states and blue states, low education states and high education states. Some red states with high religiosity have 10-20 IQ figures lower average IQ then the USA average (USA average is 98 though, which is not lower then a typical European country), by some odd coincidence every single state with their average IQ at higher then USA average happens to be a blue state.
