Shows you what great social systems we have for ALL communities. Can't even rely on the police when your mother is missing for a year. What happened to One for All and All for One? Some things are just better to ignore and hope they go away.

It don't matter if the person had a drug problem or is a prostitute, they have families still care about them and they didn't deserve to die and have their bodies rot in someone's house. Plus if my neighborhood smelled like straight up death, I would kept complaining to the police until they do something about it.

that's the thing about life. There was some case a while ago here in Canada, where a five year old kid was STARVED to death by his own grandmother (not just that, he was five or something, but he only looked like he was two, and he was badly abused as well, chained to chairs, drinking from the toilet); while social services go and check on the kid every few months or so.

There is a sausage factory nearby and they thought the smell was coming from there.Also the sausage factory changed out their sewer lines thinking the smell was from that
