Not necessarily. The blue winger does not actually obstruct the opposing player from a ball carrier as technically, there is no ball carrier.

The funniest thing about Matt Dunning's drop goal is that they had a penalty advantage and they needed a try but Matt had a shot, presuming he would miss and they'd get a penalty but he got it! LOL!

yr cuz the waratahs needed 1 more try to get into the finals and there was like 5 mins to go and we just made a line brake and he got it and he kicked a fieldgoal and everyone was like wtf

There was an advantage for the waratahs and Matt wanted to attempt th ekick and miss so they go back for the penalty which they would kick for touch 5 metres from try line and drive from there. The problem is he never kicked a ball before and he never was asked to make such calls. We were cracking laughs when we were watching the game.. Matt is an idiot!
