I suffered from this problem for years, but I'm fine now. I've tried almost everything available, but finally the Indian system of pranayama (breathing exercises) helped me to get cured completely - for free! Try finding videos on pranayama - especially the Bhastrika and Kapalbhanti methods. It's been 5 years, and a complete cure! Just a warning - for the first few days the symptoms may get worse, but 15 days of regular practice and you'll see the difference. Best of Luck!
I have that tingling sensation where the inside of my nose starts to itch real bad then I get the worse case of runny nose and everytime I blow my nose it feels itchy again like I didn't get the itch with the first blow then it continues with accompanying red swollen eyes and the worst case of itchy ears its just terrible. However the worse thing for me is the itchy ears thats just horrible , so does anyone have any advice on what I can do to relieve the extreme itch? I am desperate & need HELP

holy mackerel...i feel for all of you coz i have the same misery too.can't sleep well at night sometimes no sleep at all.it's hard to breath.can't go shopping for clothes cause it really triggers the sneezing and its like faucet you wonder where the fluids comes from.im gonna try this mask w/ negative ions,will let you know if its effective.
ive got what the dr classes as chronic rhinitus its a right nightmare im on a nasal spray called nasonex ive had 2 operations and still continue to struggle to breathe and i sneeze up to 40 times a day its becoming a right pain

i have this also im 15 and i have it since im 12, i hate this especially when im in school, i cant breathe easily, and my cold doesnt stop
