The overwhelming majority of veterans and active duty troops support not only John McCain, but George Bush as well. John McCain's father was a Captain, not an Admiral, when McCain entered the Academy. He graduated near the bottom due mostly due to demerits, not due to lack of knowledge. He has freely admitted he was rebellious and wild at the Academy. His father was an Admiral by the time McCain's brother entered the Academy and he bilged out... so much for the idea that having an Admiral father can keep one from failing at the Academy.

Those running for office need to serve their country by doing research and voting for or against important bills instead of just voting present and spending their energy on trying to move on up into the Oval Office. The overwhelming majority of veterans and active duty troops support not only John McCain, but George Bush as well. There's a good reason for that... they are leaders who always support our military 100%. The Bush Doctrine has multiple meanings really... Its more of a set of ideas. Gibson's question was answered when she said, 'his world views', the said w/e she said then. However Gibson gave a specific example from it, later.

When McCain called Hillary Clinton's Health Care program a Pig with lipstick he was referring to it being a huge pork barrel project.

Since 1900, Democratic presidents have not only "won" but dominated on every economic front: GDP growth, employment, deficit and income equality. Need more? How about a better performing stock market and a more fiscally-responsible spending.
McCain's mantra of marginal rates, death tax, deregulation, trickle-down, and supply-side are pure shenanigans because historically Democratic presidencies have produced better economies.
