Yes. He just varies the rhythm of Kamp---uuu---chia malaysia, then bangladesh, asia... etc. He just makes it into a triplet. I haven't heard EVERY instance where Mr. Paulson has sung this song, but his voice is his living and this song is probably hard wired into his head by now. He was just throwing in some variety into the song much like bands do when they sing their hit songs at concerts.
