Zit is not a secret number. if you played the missions you'd get the message from Roman saying try out zit or from brucie. but you know what is a secret? no joke. when you get an ice cream truck, there are songs that play when you press honk button. scroll songs until you get to the Gta theme song. [the catchy one] ,once playing call zit and youll recieve the message and youll have full health and armor. i know you could just use your cheats but this is still prety cool.
