Assaulting the abstract image of a former President by assault on a fixed structure by an inanimate object resembling a shoe (which has been previously shown to be the terrorist's weapon of choice when close to Bush).

The guy was not too sure why he was there. He said he was there to make a statement. The cops were not too sure what to do with him. Eventually I guess the cops decided to make a statement too.
