Unfortunately, alot of songs that are actually better as far as being a song goes didn't get very high due to under-exposure. Like Brilliant Road is a MUCH better song than the majority of the list, but, as you'll see in part 3, fanboy-ness reigns in these things...

Heart of Sword (89) and Just Communication (88) should have been MUCH higher. I would have put HoS in the top 10 actually. This list is pretty ridiculous considering there's nothing from Fushigi Yuugi there. Tokimeki no Doukasen's pretty great.
