lol...well chinese and taiwanese can get you really confused since it's like almost exactly the same, but you can probably tell by the way they speak in dramas that in taiwanese itz faster and more informal and chinese(mandarin) is a little to poetical for me sometimes (although i'm chinese) and to tip u off only the taiwanese use the traditional chinese characters now and the chinese use simplified...try searching up japanses kanji and notice that they always say kun a san unlike chinese/taiwan
