dude im getting my projector on friday, it only had 1 yellow composite input and a vga input.... the screen can display up to 300" its the "optoma DS 316L". i was just wondering do you know if its worth going out to buy the VGA cable for xbox or shall i stick with the composite input? will it effect the display quality?

i stuck with the component. red green n blue.

the composite on this projector looks prety choppy when the screen is bigger.

svideo looks decent but the component is where its at!

I am getting this same projector. I see you have yours pretty high up on the wall shelf. I was planning on putting mine at about that height and was thinking if it was that high the image would go partly off the wall and onto the ceiling. Did you have that problem? If you raised the back of the projector up did you have any problem with the projected image being keystoned or not square? Please let me know!

yea its not even square. its a little slanted (wider at the bottom, but it is sosmall of a slant it dosent bother me. in ordr to keep it a perfect squire u have to have it at your heads height , but ididnt do that cause i didnt want to have to worry about walking in front of the light. getthis projector,

is setting up a projector instead of a t.v easy? just plug 360 to projector and done kinda thing? or u gotta buy outputs for the projector so the cable for the 360 can fit inside it. if it is tell me wat kinda projector u wud reccomend plz. thanks and cool vid!

yea its easy has built in speakers. it has composite svideo and component outputs so you just plug ur cords into it (like 360 wii and ps3 dvd player etc) u dont need to by anything else. I highly recommend this projector (infocus in1) i got it $200 for everything even comes with a backpack to carry it around!
