  • All makes perfect sense, I lost 14 lb over the last six weeks doing the above, no alcohol chocolate as I treat once a week, vegetarian diet, lots of veg/fruit, wholemeal rice pasta, seeds, oats, seeds and nuts, do not go hungry, have lots of energy, walk/run 3miles three times a week, longer walk at the weekend, I have another 28 lbs to lose it will take another few months but I am on my way. It's not rocket science, losing weight but your head has to be in the right place.xxx

  • Feel free to watch The Secrets Of Weight Loss on my channel. The videos actually tell you how. And it works. 1-2lbs a week of fat (not water or muscle) can be lost each week and kept off forever. Anyone can do it. And the information is easier to follow and more flexiable than the advice here.

  • @animaymay95 i never said they weren't healthy. i just said they don't have good body shape. and the protein on fruits/vegetables aren't enough to supply the body with its protein needs. why so defensive all of a sudden?

  • vegetarian diet? yes, vegeterians may be slim but they don't have shape and they look like vegetables themselves. they look like their going to collapse anytime because of their lack of protein. >.<

  • Who wrote this none sense??? Don't they know that in order to loose weight you actually do need a certain fat intake in your diet!?!? At every single meals!!! And depriving yourself of carbs, or any other thing for that matter, is not the way to go... and know that dieting alone won't get you the results you're seeking... nor will exercise alone... you have to combine both on a regular basis each weeks along with days of rests...

  • Um actually I just recently became a vegetarian and dropped 5 pounds in a week without even working out so I encourage everyone to try it it not only helps you lose weight but it can also help you have a healthier lifestyle and btw if you know some vegetarians that are overweight they probably need more than just eating healthy to lose the weight they need lots of exercise too.

    You will find spelling errors in The Secret Of Weight Loss videos too. It's not about having perfect spelling but helping people lose the weight that is making them unhappy. The information is more important than the spelling. Many con artists spell beautifuly, so well in fact that people go out and buy stuff they don't need and don't lose weight. Would you rather have perfect spelling and stay fat, or read not perfect spelling but actually lose weight?

    How to lose weight:

    1. Eat less than you burn. Keep the intake around 1200-2000 kcals, depending on your gender, height and age. Google BMR to find out an amount that will suit you.

    2. Exercise. Cardio is great for burning fat.

    3. Lift (HEAVY) weights! If you are losing weight, your body will chew away at your muscles, so you will need to perserve them. Muscles will help burn fat. If you are a woman you will not become a bodybuilder, so calm the fuck down.

    NO NO NO NO NO NO!! If you go on a no carb diet (which you shouldn't anyway) you lose water weight that comes back as soon as you eat a pancake or a breadstick. Plus you're depriving yourself of nutrients that your body needs. 30-45 minutes of exercise 6 days a week, about 1300-1500 calories a day, lots of water, and get enough sleep. Results might not be as fast but you'll be healthy and you can afford to eat chocolates and crackers. Eat five times a day-you won't get hungry.

  • lol at first tip...in fact Chocolate in its most natural/raw form has about the highest antioxidant of any food! Raw chocolate is actually a plant based food. Look up recipes using raw cacao powder or cacao nibs...believe me you can eat chocolate every day of your life as long as its raw and not that processed crap.

  • It's all about carbs. Carbs are the enemy and will cause weight gain. Fruit, sugar, bread, potatoes, rice, corn and carrots are not allowed. Oils and fats will not cause weight gain and are good for you. Bacon, pork and steak are fine for dieters. And you gotta exercise.

  • @mickey0667 WHAT ? don't tell people to eat bacon and a lot of fat. It is VERY important that you eat fat, but you have to eat the right fat. You have to cut down oil ( except for olive oil). All kinds of meat except pork and sausages are ok. And carbs are only in bananas, and not in all fruits or carrots. Most fruits have only sugar which is (if u don't eat too much of it) good too.

    My suggestion : Eat enough of everything, but don't any deserts and don't eat carbs after 18:00.

  • @gretfy123 There is nothing wrong with pork, or any kind of meat. Sausages can be alright too, depends WHO makes them. Like, fast food vs. made on a farm. Carbohydrates are in every kind of fruit and vegetable. Food can be made of carbs, fat or protein, and most vegetables & fruits are low in fat and protein, so they're naturally high in carbs, as they're gotta made of SOMETHING.

    Eat food whenever you want, a calorie is a calorie, if it's 14:00 or 23:00 really doesn't matter.

  • @mickey0667 Are you retarded? It's all about calories. If you eat 500kcal in potatoes, chocolate or whatever you WILL NOT GAIN. It wouldn't be healthy to only eat that or eating that little, but you still wouldn't gain. If you ate 3000 kcal in steak, you would still end up a fatass.

    Carbs are only the 'enemy' if you're trying ketosis, which you shouldn't try if you know so little about health and weightloss that you need to watch this video. Which is also retarded, btw.

  • Nice spelling and grammatical errors... perhaps try getting an editor when you're trying to appear professional. Also, vegetarian diets are only "more healthy" in that they restrict the same things you've said to restrict elsewhere, like red meat, and fast food. Because it is more restrictive, a lot of people eat more junk foods (since vegetarian by no means equals no sugars and fats, which are what cause most body fat). *Sigh* another list people will follow and fail with? Good luck, everyone.

  • Being vegetarian is good for many reasons but it doesn't always equal weight loss. After all, you can have as much pancakes and spaghetti and candy as you want.
