I don't think you are doing yourself a good service demonizing others such a David Wolf. It shows a lack of respect and integrity within yourself. Instead, just focus on getting your own word out there. You don't need to denigrate others for your message to resonate with others. People have a tendency to take that which is threatening and demonize it in order to feel better about themselves, but this is ultimately false esteem. Let that not be your path.

U won a 1/2 marathon with a 16 min handicap all on a fruit diet and won the race? Impossible! U must be supplementing with protein powder or something else you dont want to tell us (lean meat on the side, perhaps?). Fruits are DANGEROUSLY low on protein and other vital nutrients the body needs,especially athletes. Keep this up and u will eventually DIE of protein deficiency or get diabetes. Ask ur PROFESSIONAL health care provider or just READ publications like Men's Health and learn the FACTS!
