Holy crap, that Flamed Koa RG is just absolutely Beautiful (note the capitalized letter "B"). Is it an LACS? That'd look so awesome next to my Koa Carvin :)

Hey im just wondering, I've got a Ibanez RG2610z prestige and I just put in a DiMarzio Tone Zone but I ordered it, than waited 4 months for it -.- (the pickup) And know im into heavier stuff like alot heavier so im thinking I should put in a EMG81 ?

how much better would you say ibanez j customs are than prestiges? (without taking the pickups into account)

they're way better they're made in limited numbers so quality is outstanding and the necks are ultra thin they're better than jems

Also keep in mind the shipping from Japan, as well as another fee to get it past airport customs, but in the end... worth every penny!.

the necks of j customs are not as slim compared with prestiges... i hate prestiges.. too slim for my hand. the j custom as what i can say is same feel of a usa custom. i have tried a j custom and compare it with my usrg30bt the neck has the same feel

That RG8 is just phenominal, I'm not to keen on superstrats, they never feel like they fit my stlye on stage, I'm much more of a V dude, but you have beautiful guitars.

The best Ibanez I've ever seen would have to have been a Prestige model. Locking tuners, EMG pickups, floyd rose III Bridge, neck-thru, Wizard II neck, Ebony fingerboard, Maple body aged about 20 years and the finish was an absolute stunning 2-tone burst of red and darker red.

I've got a RGT320q and I love it. I just have been thinking lately of changing the stock pickups. Since you have different guitars with different pickups, maybe you can shed me some light: how the RGT320q stock pickups compare to other more famous ones like ToneZone and Paf pros? Yeah! Huge difference... I owned a 555 long before i owned a 7v that I have now. The 7v Blows it out of the water

Im not really crazy about the gold hardware though. Chrome would be nice; and black... pass. But in the end, its the MUSIC that should speak louder. Eh, just my 2cents...

i have an ibanez rg ____ which my brother bought for me in Tom Lee Hong Kong. ever since 1999 when he bought it i have been wondering what model it is. i know from the serial that it was built 99". i have checked catalogs and have never found the model. the body of the guitar is solid swamp ash painted transparent blue. v7, s1, v8 pickups. gotoh tuners. i plan on making a video on it. so maybe someone can tell me the model.

Very nice ones! I love exspecially your rgt! I´ve got an RG20071HBK, thats one thing, im never gonna get rid of! My other Ibanez is an RGR08LTD, it rocks with the active Seymour, but should have a prestige neck too..

its the transparent blue one,,you can see the ash grain through the paint. i love it ,,ive allways wanted a good ibanez,,an i can see why people are such big fans of the rg range.. i gonna save up and get me a pure white ibanez,,as i love that look..

Yeah man, post up some vids! Im a big fan of RGs! The Koa model, only has a Koa top over a mahagony body i believe. Im not sure if the Parker one is solid Koa. And yes, the RG Koa has a warm/ rich tone.

I've always loved the RG when I first saw it at 12 years old. Ive tried other brands and other models but i always go back to the RG.

The J. Custom RRG3 (Koa) is the 10th Anniversary model of "Rock Inn" Japan. I think only eight were made. The price? Worth every penny...
