@JenetLevyNYC Tough one. I'm torn between those with more amenities vs. certain layouts in others. Overall, with all the growth in this neighborhood, you can't go wrong.

@xxperfectsolutionxx Actually, there are all demographics there, with amenities such as children's playrooms and bigger apts. as well. In fact I have a couple of 3-BRs listed with me right now. There really is something for everyone in the Financial District.
