J'ai la recette des financiers : 75 g de beurre 50 gr de farine 4 blancs d'oeuf 50 gr de poudre d'amandes 150 gr de sucre. Mélangez le sucre, la farine et la poudre d'amande. Faire fondre le beurre, incorporez le au mélange ci-dessus. Battez les blancs en neige, mélangez les au reste. Remplissez des petits moules carrés. Mettez au four 180° C pendant 15'. Ces un délice. Ca ressemble aux madeleines sauf qu'on ne met pas le jaune des oeufs et on ajoute de la poudre d'amandes.

It's about a month that i am in diet....... only an apple for lunch and a very poor salad for dinner :(
I am sure that tonight i'll have a nightmare with all these delicious cakes.lol

"Just looking" - honest, but aren't those cakes just fab.
This shop is on a corner of Cannes by the market, about 5 minutes from where you see all the stars ascend the stairs to the Palais de Festival.
In both cases, we are mere gawpers:)
Sorry to hear that a HAB1C number plate is necessary, and do not start smoking - ever.
