Hi to everyone,I m a fan of the UFC al the time,and i exercise very well every 3dr day, i have live in indianapolis IN, for 17 years, and i move to mexico, and here the deal, i dont feel strong, fast, no energie, no strent, i get tired fast, and i will like to know is=f anyone can explein to me why i do feel like this, is if the weather, not much oxigen, bad food, bad water, what is is? thanks guys
He's not throwing up cuz of the protein shakes or supplements (those help a lot). he's pushing himself too hard and needs to drink more water. a poor diet can also contribute to poor performance. a healthy balanced diet and, in his case, in increased carb intake, will go a long way. to top things off, since he hasn't trained in so long, him pushing himself so hard at first causes a lactate build up in the stomach (cause for nausea in a lot of first timers) which could also be cause for vomitting
Strength training is also a must with fighting. a lot of power punches and kicks are powered mainly by the abdominals. he needs to hit the core hard. the the rest of the weight training will be the icing on the cake

coffee will mess you up. it works similar to alchohol by pulling water from the blood. that's good for staying hydrated. don't believe anything I just said? look it up before making yourself look like a dumb ass with an uninformed response

Weird stuff with the dumbbells isn't necessary. Train by reverse engineering what you needed for your past fights. Why did you win? Work on those simple drills that count. It's fundamentals, not weird body positions. Train smart. No need to puke; that's a sign of a bad pace, a shortcut to shape. Mimic the fight situation as close as possible. Break down: footwork, sprawl, shoot, clinch, leg kicks, body locks, trips, Grecko v. fence, knees, kimuras, punch combo's. elbows. You are wasting time.
you know your throwing up from takin that "protein" drink right? drink some coffee, have a bagle, go work out. after your workout, eat a steak or 2.. get off the supplements. its a waste!
Sheesh thats a lot of work, I'm exhausted just watching that especially the squat stuff and the balancing with huge weights. Good lucky Tito you're bouncing back already!
