I bought one a year old, 6 speed manual 425 horse power..Look for those of you that want to put money into your honda civic,,,,,DONT,,,This car slaps the shit right out of that car,until you have tried a CAMARO,MUSTANG or CHALLENGER you havent driven power oh yea and the mustang cobra shelby is the fastest right now but its a bit too much money, and is in m3 terratory.The muscle cars have dropped drasticly in price go finance one and please dont put racing tiers on your shitty little civic :)

OK. Not saying you are lying... but I can understand the "questions" you are getting.

- "Car stops timers before it's at 60" - Only true at the needle. There is a lag and the angle at which you are looking make it seem like that. If you look at the digital readout, it show 60.3 when the 4.20 comes in.

- "Chally's can't do 4.2s" - OK. Have to say I am surprised with 4.2s too on just headers and a tune. That is excellent. However, temp, tires, traction, etc. could help.

It's pretty simple fellas. A Challenger with a manual tranny will simply blow the tires off, and possibly generate wheel hop, under hard exceleration. This is even more evident on street tires. Manual transmissions have less parasitic loss which equals more power to the wheels but doesn't necessarily mean a faster car. It comes down to traction.

Yes the tranny is completely stock. The NAG-1 trans from MB is a rather stout tranny that can handle around 600hp.

the Dodge Challenger can go from (0 to 64 M)-(0 - 100Km) in 4.9. this is the actual time that all of sport company's told about it. and now its gone from 0 to 64 in 4.7 to 5.1 second, not in 4.2. i think you counted in the wrong way. because before that you got the 64 M it shows 4.2 and thats not write.

i have a 300c srt8 and the EVIC timers are off by 3 to 4 tenths atleast. i'd say that was a 4.6 to 4.7 0 to 60

The 0-60 timers on Chryslers and Dodges are not good. They stop at 56-57 mph, never can get an accurate reading out of them. (pause at 0:06, time's at 4.20 speedo at 56 mph)

The video isn't fake, I was on a flat section of road as well. You can see the time I had just ran before the video starts. Stock isn't even close to 4.4 seconds. I'd say with any luck maybe 4.8 seconds on a cool night. The mods are in the 3rd comment.

Mods are Kook long tubes w/hi-flo cats, Corsa exhaust, 180 thermostat, RDP cold air intake and RDP custom tune via Diablo Predator. The car is very consistent with 4.2x 0-60 times. I'd post the video of 3 back to back runs but wouldn't want to bore anyone.
