@3ni2nr thats because need for speed: "shit" was basically a copy of GRID. only Need for speed shift managed to capture the essence of stupidity in their game.
Though the game's based of the console/PC versions, it's by no means a port. What makes this game special isn't the physics (though, they're nice for a DS game), but the focus on precision driving, internal damage, track creator, and well structured career mode. If you keep that in mind, there's plenty fun to be had.
What makes GRID great is the physics. The DS' inferior hardware performance kills the overall feeling. It's a good racing game for the DS, but the DS doesn't have many racing games.
i like the game, and im fine w. the graphisc, but srsly, i hate the fact aht i cant make sharp turns, its fucking hard, and you have to use the car they give you, not the one yuo edited, pretty shit really
How can you justify graphics making a game suck? I've played this and it actually looks amazing for the handheld - certainly alot better than this heavily compressed youtube video!
BTW the ds game rocks and has a kick ass track editor not available on any other version to boot.
Why is there only one car per class? I unlocked Spyder and now I can't use Aston Martin anymore.
