I'm just now finding this out as well.. after building for two years now. I have huge inner biceps and mediocre outer biceps. When I noticed my inner biceps growing way bigger than my outer- I immediately started working wide grip barbell and dumbell curls thinking that was working outer bicep. Good advice in this video; also don't forget the hammer curls.
lol dude the arms are still the same size, the curl sideways thing is just working to get it cut doesnt increase the size or decrease thats why most of the bodybuilders curl straight cause thats how their arms look bigger
haha, don't worry about it, i don't know if it's just me, but it seemed like my inner bicep was easier to build that the outer. but just an update, my outer is catching up to my inner! :D
just if the biceps are a certain size, now this is just an example if someone has a skinny arm with a bit of a peak then no, look like they've done a few curls in their life, but if they have sum definition then yeah, i'm already past that stage so why go backwards i'm trying to progress, to me you might be better of making a tricep video coz your tries look quite big and defined, makes up for your arms, i've gotta train hard on tries, what do you do?
this is workout4muscle cjwolf1985 is the same person, to me its like listening to sum1 who swings when they do pullups, or sum1 who bends their back and moves their upper arms when doing bicep curls, bodybuilding is all about looks so yeah I do judge a book by its cover if it was about someones personality or summat it would be a different story, if I see someone with massive biceps plugging an execise then I would be inclined to believe them, i'm not just trying to insult you its what I think
can't take advise from you i'm afraid as you don't have very big biceps to me sorry. I listen to people that can prove that what they are doing is working, don't mean to be harsh but i'm just being honest. what you are saying may be right but I can't be certain.
