it was an interesting operation, the Hanging manouver and anterior approach is a very good indication, a bipolar irrigated is cheap and effective (longer than modern toll). right hépatectomie with portal thrombosis, so the nature have aready do the preoperative PVE. what is the ICG retension ? and how is the patient doing postoperatively?

Wow, that was really interesting to watch the skill of all involved with this surgery. Looks like a tough surgery for the patient as well. That liver was huge.
