The only gift they need is the Gospel of Jesus Christ! Preach, preach preach is our duty and Great commission as christians. A gift and material possessions is only good in this life but salvation through Jesus Christ is good eternally.

By the way, Israeli, Palestinian and American Christians worked together to deliver gifts to (among others) an orphanage and a school for children suffering from post traumatic stress in Bethlehem.

This doesn't make any sense, you don't just get over the conflict by giving gifts! you do it by ending the occupation, so here's an idea: why don't you try to take down the wall in Bethlehem instead and that way, Palestinian can freely move and meet Israelis, if they choose to!

You're right. Giving gifts does not end the conflict. However, if Israelis and Palestinians can work together and share a meal after giving gifts to children, it's a start you can build from.
