Even the Supreme Court's opinion in the 'Tee-Hit-Ton' precedent case in 1955 asserted that America only held title to American Indian Territory by 'right of conquest', totally contradicting the original US historical line of virtual Holocaust denial.

Actually, I've heard that Israeli Defense Forces have caused a significant amount of "collateral" damage resulting in a much higher civilian casualty count than enemy combatants. How about a republican debate with questions by Keith Olbermann and Jon Stewart? Stage and ticketed audience seating proportion of guests based on on line or call-in popularity. After debate spin also by Keith and Jon.

That was someone who worked for Hillary or was associated with her in some familiar way. And her answer: "Both." Really down to earth and eye to eye with downwardly mobile Americans working three jobs without health care. And then she adopts the dialect of whatever region shes in to come down to their level linguistically.
