I've been thinking about this video as I study quantum. I will say this, to an extent you are right; if we observe a paradox, than it must not be a paradox and our knowledge must be incomplete. But we've gotten good at narrowing it down to what must be untrue. I just watched a guest lecture by Anton Zeilinger on this. Quantum results show that the universe is not completely based on cause and effect, which means we must reinterpret what we define as reality. To some extent it may be up to us

However, we differ, in that I do believe there is a way to scientifically explain unification, it just has not happened yet; for one reason, because scientists continue to make false assumptions about 'reality', one, that 'mass' exists. Suppose you found your car won't start and you also have a flat tire. You have two separate theories, one for each, but both unrelated. The answer is not that your car won't start because your tire is flat.

Pure Oneness - the Big Picture - Relativity - Einstein originally called it - Invariance - the speed of light never varies- the whole never changes - Oneness without change stops everything

Quantum Physics is all about interaction - Twoness = pure duality would also destroy itself, as one side would eventually dominate.

Polarity - Oneness and Twoness together can maintain itself through time.

But none of the seeming expressions negates the Oneness. You have many parts of your body, & they all seem to work differently, even follow different rules, but the higher Truth is, they are ALL still expressions of your one body. Same thing here. :-)

It is nice to see the polarization of mass expressed this way. If you look at some of the Hubble space telescope pictures you can see galaxies merge and separate. You can actually look at the polarities as 3 polarities. Male, Female & Neutral. I'm glad what I'm trying to point to resonated with you. :-) To try & quantify how these two forces we've labeled as Relativity & Quantum Physics actually interact is like trying to quantify love itself: Difficult to do, but so easy to recognize. Yet some cling to what they think is empirical proof, but overlook it though it is everywhere they look. Sex and physics, good combination! :) Richard Feynman liked to hang out in strip clubs while working on his equations, so maybe you're onto something. But seriously, philosphers, such as you and myself, need to show great respect for the Extremely abstruse topic of theoretical physics. One of my favorite quotes from Richard Feynman is "Philosophers say a great deal about what is absolutely necessary for science, and it is always, so far as one can see, rather naive, and probably wrong."

But....I wouldn't be so sure about your last statement.  You'd have to be blind not to notice that science has only recently begun to catch up via quantum physics, & to their "this is so abstruse" horror, have found they are confirming what those "naive and probably wrong" philosophers & sages of old have said for hundreds, sometimes thousands of years - without the need for all that fancy equipment & grants. Hmmm.... :-)

I'm just saying that I consider myself to be a very intelligent person, but I'm fairly certain that I will never be able to grasp Relativity Theory and Quantum Theory at it's deepest levels, much less "M theory", and believe me I've tried. I enjoy studying theoretical physics as a hobby quite a bit! I'm only saying that the concepts are extremely advanced and have involved years of intense study from people with highly advanced knowledge of math and science.

In fact, it may be that the human race will never be able to come up with a unified field theory, because the math is just too advanced. One top physicist said that it may be "like a dog trying to understand calculus." The concepts necessary to have a true scientific understanding of our universe may just be beyond the capacity the human mind. This is okay with me really. As long as I have the capacity to love, I really don't need to know all the details. Thanks for your videos!

Thank you quietexpectations :-) and I do agree with you - I think science has a habit of chasing their own tails oftentimes.

But you know, what might seem to be a romantic view only seems that way because I used romantic images for your visual titillation :-O and because as humans, we associate it as such. But it really isn't. It's an everyday expression going on everywhere around us, about as pragmatic as it gets.

One could not exist without the other. Without the ho-hum predictability of spacetime, the quantum would have nothing to be unpredictable Against. As for spacetime, its function is to Separate - and it could not do this without the discrete collapse of the quantum probability wave, which, from its very unpredictability, chooses either-or, this-or-that.. As a woman finally chooses a man.
