@poisonmed Jojoba and your store-bought vitamin E oil, there's all kinds of "ear creams" but those are just overpriced shit, but store bought Vitamin E is the best for daily use. just put it on in the morning then massage them again with it before you go to bed but sleep with your plugs outs its keeps the 'gunk' away

@unitedsnakesofamrica when I went up to 13/16", I often took out my kaos silicone before I went to bed. When I woke up I would massage my lobes with vitamin e and antibacterial soap until they were healed. It took about a month until they were healed. Now they feel amazing.

I have had my lobes stretched for almost 6 years now and the largest size I reached in that time was only about 30mm. When I was younger and ill-informed I did not stretch my ears properly which resulted in lumpy scar tissue in my right lobe. I have been using VitaminE and Rosehip oil for a while now and it is slowly working. I am currently at 22mm but I think I should down-size more. I have my whole life to stretch so why not. What do you think??

@JazzAndVicky yea i occasionally get that white crusty stuff on my ears also its just dry skin peeling, its no big deal just keep them moisturized with e oil, with ur thinned lobes,just take a hot shower with your plugs out, and when you get out rub your ears for 2-5 minutes with e oil and leave them out for an hour and then put ur plugs back in,rub your ears with e oil twice or more a day,and most of all be patient,your ears wont thicken up instantly,also dont upsize for a while, that will help

@checkmate117 Downsize maybe a few sizes below 1 1/4", maybe not to 1".. As jewellery may fall out. Using Jojoba with downsizing will help a lot, maybe for a month or a few weeks.

As for winter, invest in some nice wooden plugs, and avoid silicone, metal and glass.

@Plutonbob yeah, 1/2" is quite normal. Get some wider plugs though as jewellery which is just wide enough for your ears can really hurt them.
