The only reason dual wield was removed was because(if you read the books etc you SHOULD know this) but the Spartans in reach are not spartan IIs but Spartan IIIs instead.IIIs were made cheaper and are not strong enough to dual wield weapons.that,my friends, is the canonical reason for dual wield...

also i know that's legit hacking right there... how do i know? because on my modded halo2 i can dual wield swords, can't use the left, and when i use the right i drop the left... Bungie didn't completely remake the guns every time they made a new halo game... they just updated them like how the overpowered pistol in h1 had zoom removed and lower power in h2, but it's still the same gun, and how the h2 needler isn't dual-able in h3...

how did you make it so that you didn't lose the second sword when using the first? I did a similar mod on halo 2, and lost the second sword (or other weapon) every time I used the first sword. also, have you tried inserting blank meta space into the swords file for a secondary trigger?
