Why do you keep your females separate? They are truly social animals and will nurse each others young. It will make them happier and 3 females and 1 male to a bucket will save you space.
@brad238899 this is a old video but i keep 5 females and 1 male in the breeding rack and in the cat litter pan rack i house the mother with the babies. i've tried different ways but i think the babies and the mothers do better on thier own but thats my opinion for some people works different thanks for the tip

no i haven't heard of that but i try not to inbreed but i know other breeders that do inbreed and they don't have any problems with the rats or any issue with the snakes
I would just recommend that you be sure to wean the babies as soon as they are ready, other wise they can breed with the father or with each other and make some nasty inbreds. And I think it's going to be hard for the baby rats in holding rack to be weaned because they won't be able to reach the food until they are almost full grown. Just something to think about.
