  • Well done, scumbag had a gun too. Everyone in here being so angry about good guy shooting with baby so close... THE BAD GUY WAS WAVING HIS GUN INCHES FROM THE BABY AND MOM! Duh

The clerk made sure the baby and mother where out of the line of fire by controlling the X and then made certain none in there was made a victim. Kudos to the clerk.

  • The poor judgement on the hotel clerk could have cost the babies life. His CCW should have been taken away for being so stupid! The blast from the Glock 40 S&W alone probably damaged the baby eardrums! Stupid move!

  • if the mom hadnt moved, i guarantee that baby would have been shot in the head.

incredibly poor judgement on the part of the clerk. i can understand shooting at first, but once the burglar starts running away, you let them run. you dont put a child in harms way.

in fact, he should have just let the robber take the money, since there was a child involved in the first place.

  • kind of scary with the baby there, i hope he got the guy good

  • Ya'll do know it was a 21 year old white kid that did this robbery right?

  • well done so brave

  • Okay, the title of this video is just plain ridiculous.

  • @jediforcecny How is the title ridiculous? I'd say it's pretty accurate.

  • Can I ask something without sounding racist? Why is it always a black male? Seriously.

  • @ApexIXMR You can't say always bro, because though my feelings are the same as yours, it's not always and only black males ;)

  • He could have shot the woman and child....Oh shut that shit up. That fat bitch should have moved out of the dam way the first time she saw him. That clerk saved everyones life if you ask me. And enough with the nigger bullshit like you whites dont do dumb shit. Every time I hear of a work place shooting or someone killing their own famliy its always a white person if you think I am wrong on that look it up. Dumb people come in all shapes and colors.

  • @urboyTheTruth Ima white guy, and I approve this message.

  • @slrcarroll42 Man that is to dam funny. I have been laughing for five mins over your comment. I love it I am going to have to use that line in the future.

  • @urboyTheTruth Happy to oblige

  • that clerk is one switched on dude.

  • Did the robber get shot? I hope he did.

  • To all those worried about the lady and the kid.. they were already in a life threatening situation. By engaging the BG the clerk didnt put them in any more danger than they were already in. If he hadn't responded the BG might have decided to execute them all after he got the money. Obviously the clerk is proficient enough with his weapon to put bullets on target. He knew what he was doing. GJ clerk.

  • BRAVO - this is the correct way to deal with violence.

  • The clerk fired three rounds, all three rounds hit the bad guy. What prompted the clerk to shoot the robber was that the robber fired a shot. I can't exactly tell where the robber's shot went though.

  • It's difficult to tell but it looks to me that he caught or just about caught two of those rounds i'd say this guy either didn't make it or was paralyzed if he was lucky enough to survive.

  • She's too fat and lazy to move! Look at her, she's got her larvae in her arms and she's already breathing hard and sweating. She probably wishes she had brought her rascal with her so she could get to the deep fried without walking.

  • I know if I were that lady with the kid I would've ducked. : \

  • @parallelpinkparakeet

Did you see how quickly it all happened? I don't think she could've ducked!

Good job clerk. This is exactly why cocealed carry licenses exist. HE had EXCELLENT draw time!

  • HELL YEAH!!! FUCKER GOT OWND!!!

  • nice

  • that's the treatment any thief should expect if they are going to commit a robbery.

  • present should'nt determine wether you pull your weapon out or not cause the second the gunman pulls his out, everyone's in danger.

Fifth, the clerk did great making sure the gunman did not get back up.

Sixth, I wonder also about his job cause all jobs I've had prohibits guns on property, except if it's in your car then they can't say anything.

I think he handled the situation very well and it could have been extremely worse had he not done what he did.

  • First off, the lady should of moved after seeing the guy with the gun. That's just plain common sense.

Second, the clerk didn't use her as a human shield. He was using her to block the view of the gunman so he could'nt see he was reaching for his gun.

Third, the gunman shot first, so even if he was running he still posed a threat cause yes I believe he could have returned.

fourth, the angel of the camera sucked so you can't tell how close he was to the child. I also think that a child being

  • Damn right! It all went to hell when people started carrying more cell phones than guns!

  • PERFECT EXECUTION! He drew safely and un-noticably and fire exactly where and when he should have, then told the lady to call 911 and the mother to take cover and then secured the door and watched for the guy to come back

  • if there weren't any gun control laws criminals would think twice about attempting to rob a place if they knew that at least one person in the establishment has a weapon on them.

  • i would've done the same thing. fucking right on.

  • bottom line is. he shot the crook. thats is a fact.

  • clerk fired three times and hit bad guy three times. he wasn't spraying bullets all over the place, and the safest thing for the bystanders is for the clerk to do exactly what he did, neutralize the threat. and just because the robber turned his back doesn't mean he won't change his mind and come back and murder everyone. clerks behavior was PERFECT>

  • the robber wouldve ended up killing someone else's baby if he'd gotten away. i'm glad he got shot.

  • The clerk should consider himself lucky for not getting arrested. I wouldn't have shot the robber with a child that close. I hope the child's mother didn't file a law suite....this is a lawyer's wet dream.

  • i know what you mean, but come on, america is too soft now days. Did he shoot the baby ? No ! SO WHO GIVES A FUCK ! MAYBE NEXT TIME HE WONT ROB THE PLACE !

  • if the kid got shot its the robber's fault for forcing people to defend themselves. It's a nice feeling this piece of human trash got shot and collapsed outside of the entrance.

  • @rddaos NICE rddaos, VERY insightful. The robber caused/escalated this situation. The clerk only responded. Not many peeps get that concept. You are good!! ;o)

  • So, bet you that criminal will rethink life at the very least.

  • The point is that, once the threat is stopped, use of deadly force is no longer necessary. You cannot shoot someone in the back who is running away from you. He should have taken his shot before the robber turned around.

  • depends on where you live. in some states you can shoot as long as they are still inside or on the property.

  • OUTSTANDING...excellent poise, form, staying cool under pressure and putting accurate fire on target...this guy deserves a MEDAL!!!!

  • how about that stupid fat bitch holding the baby. is she fucking retarted or something, just standing around like that? retart fat cow.

  • yes, very retart.

  • lol

  • she didnt want the little girl to get scared so she stayed calm things like that can scar a child for life

  • Congratulations to the good boy, rip to the bad guy, this is the real justice

  • Gotta LOVE glock justice.....REAL justice!!! Cheers to the clerk!!! We need more PPL like that. Petition for CCW in Illinois....remember the Lane Bryant shootings?

  • Wouldn't the smart move for the person with the phone be to STAY DOWN behind the desk after and during the shooting so as to not get shot at if the robber decides to shot back again? I mean, she just STANDS there! Very nice move on the part of the CCW holder, love how he pulled the gun behind the other clerks back and then came up and over while moving her to a safer position.

  • Doesnt it seem like that fat bitch with the kid was in on the robbery? The look on her face when it was getting robbed was the clue.

  • Your going to upset Pelosi and Obama for trying to kill one of their voters.

  • Kudos to the clerk. My question is? Why is the customer more worried about hanging on to her purse than getting the baby away from a clear and present threat? The wise move would have been to move to the right as soon as she saw the "bad guy" and get the baby as far away as possible. The other problem I see was that no one else in the room was shooting at the robber. Get your CCW and join the NRA! Carrying 30oz of metal everyday is better than carrying 1oz of regret for life!

  • Well done, I bet the woman with the baby crapped a little.

  • Sometimes you gotta do the job yourself, good man.

  • the dude before pulling his gun made the fat lady as a cover.. heheh very nice move.. he was pretty safe behind that lady..

  • The robber did have a gun and fired the first shot. You can see everyone duck and react to it right before the clerk start shooting.

  • I know the motel clerk in this video. He is also a defensive pistol instructor and knows what he is doing.

  • hey go live in france pussy!

  • i want a carrypermit now

  • He didnt miss. The dirtbag was laying outside on the cold pavement.

  • At that range that child was in the safest place in the building. The odds of him shooting that child are astronomical

  • He was shooting 1.5 feet from the child. And his point of aim was moving with the criminal. It was a very risky shot.

  • Well if you can't shoot a gun without moving your arm 1.5 feet when you pull the trigger then you shouldn't carry at all.

  • my dad has a carry permit and he has a gas station im just waiting to see my dad blow some robbers head off...

  • And that my friends, is how do handle these people, stop putting them in jail because they made people a statistic.

  • And thats the way it should be.

  • Watch it again, but look at the reflection in the glass window, there were several feet between the mother and kid and shooter.

  • I dont think the innocent bystanders were as close to the gun as it looks, its just a bad angle.

  • The Guy shooting the gun definately looks to be trained at tactical shooting. Not some untrained novice with a gun.

  • if that happend in the uk, the guy who shot the robber would go to jail probably!!! nice one tony blair!

  • Or in Australia and coming soon to the US

  • Duhh....how do you know that after robbing the place, the guy wasn't going to eliminate witnesses?

Simple rule: when someone points gun, they're prepared to fire it.....that would be a good time to get your head out of the sand and act decisively.

  • Just imagine if every attempted robbery met with that response.....crime would vanish!

  • Pay attention to what happened....the guy first moved into a clear line of fire. He didn't just start unloading his weapon. He handled the situation exactly right - I'd guess he was well trained.

  • oo:33 OWNED, BITCH! Call the coroner!

  • Deke101: "oo:33 OWNED, BITCH! Call the coroner!"

Actually the robber survived and is now in prison. It's a shame our tax dollars have to be wasted on that low life, but hopefully he'll tell all his follow inmates about his experience and they'll learn that the consequences of armed robbery can be a hell of a lot more severe then prison time.

  • What's with all you bleeding heart libs going on about "H could've shot the woman and child!"?

    1. You were not there, you don't know how close it came. The camera angle on this is very decieving, because we can't tell the distance between her and the gun after it gets blocked.

2.She should've moved the second the robber came in

3.That man, unlike yourselves, actually had guts. He saved a potential execution, and the money for his business. He's what every citizen should be.

  • 'Nuff said!

  • @puresrtrash Word, he prevented FOUR potential execution-style murders. Anti gun crybabies, shut up and go change your tighty-whities and don't watch vids like this anymore, you'll save money on laundry soap.

  • @puresrtrash its very likely this man had some kind of training in shooting a gun. any responsible gun owner would make sure he knows how to handle and shoot their gun safely.

  • The WOMAN kept her kid in the line of fire by not getting down when the shooting started!! The robber could easily have fired back through the window.

She just mouths: "Oh my god!" Plus the angle is deceiving.

  • That's a naive perspective. The robber came for cash; not a gunfight. And taken by surprise (thank goodness), his only goal was the to escape with his life.

  • She was not in the line of fire.

  • Man, in the hands of someone less skilled, that little girl and her mom could easily have been blown away. I'm all for self-defense and concealed carry but this is an illustration of why extensive training is vital. If you're just some nerd with a pistol, take a lesson from this and get some training!

  • unless the bullets from an untrained shooter's gun can drift three feet to the left at eight inches, then I can see your point.

  • did the guy keep his job though? I'm guessing the hotel he worked in wasn't happy he was armed and It wouldn't be the first time I've heard of some one saving all these people with a gun while being robed and lost their jobs because of company policy even though every one was in full support of the savoir. kind of shot to close to that little girl made me kind of nervouse but it could just have been the way the camera should the scean.

  • I love how he uses the big woman as a tactical shield at first.

  • Love the shooting!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You picked the wrong place motherfucker.

  • nothing better than watching a piece of shit criminal get his!

  • HELL YAA!!! I love videos like this one this to all you gun control people out there is extactly why armed citizens are very important! My only beef with this vidoe is that it looked like the guy missed, how do you miss at that distance?

  • all three shots hit him - 40 cal glock

He wore his Glock T shirt to the trial of the gun man that he shot.

  • GREAT, I really couldnt see how he missed and I guess he didnt, :-) Hell ya to the clerk!!!

  • If you pull a weapon, you damned better be ready to use it, because you never know if the next guy will. Cheers to the clerk for saving 4 innocent lives.

  • That man is a hero!.. That robber may not have wanted any witnesses and killed all of them even the BABY!.... That man should get an award for 3-adults and 1-baby safe .. 1- less scumbag off the streets. Life is good!!!

  • The clerk had a gun and if the robber were to try to actually harm anyone he could have then used the gun as a last result. The clerk is a piece of monkey $hit for using a gun so close to a child. It was irresponsible and he should be jailed.

  • The robber himself had a gun. Do you think the clerk should wait until the robber tries to shoot him or the others first?

The robber made his intentions utterly clear when he brandished his weapon in a threatening manner and it's foolhardy to assume less than that.

As for the kid, the child was a good few feet away from the line of fire. Since bullets don't curve away from that line and all shots hit their mark, it's safe to say that the clerk knew what he was doing.

  • The robber was running away when the clerk shot him. Had their not been a child present I would have shot the frickin robber. BUT, there was a child present and the robber was running away. It is clear at that point; NO GUNFIRE WAS WARRANTED. The robber was leaving and no shots had been fired.

  • First off, why should the presence of a child matter? Unless the kid was in the line of fire (which the kid wasn't in this video), it doesn't matter. The robber was a threat to the kid anyways.

Plus, the robber was a threat. If you respond, you must act in a way that ensures that the robber can't effectively act.

He may be running away or he may be running for cover so he could try to fire back; you can't be certain of what he'll do and, frankly, you must assume the worst.

  • All you had to do was bring up the concept of agreeing to disagree to let the topic go in a civilized manner instead of resorting to childish vitriol.

  • To Watcher3223 : I read your replies to theoremaxim and I agree 100%. You answered with honesty and dignity and to that I salute you.Its sad how alot of people resort to name calling because they can't think of anything better to say.

  • Thanks.

  • I agree with you completely. This clerk did the right thing in a threatening situation. Praise his courage and wish there were more like him out there. Praise an armed society.

  • If the robber did get away he would have done this to someone else possibly without a firearm to protect them. Who is to say he would not have killed his next victims. The clerk did the right thing permanently stopping a deadly and violent criminal piece of shit.

  • And who knows if down the street after robbing another place (because he failed here) he killed everyone. This clerk possibly stopped a murder and a robbery in one night. He did the right thing.

  • theoremaxim: "the robber was running away. It is clear at that point; NO GUNFIRE WAS WARRANTED."

Moron. The robber didn't drop the gun, didn't put his hands up, and didn't say "I surrender". For all we know, he was retreating to a position of cover to return fire. The clerk continued to fire to ensure the robber could not harm him.

I've taken formal classes on the proper use of deadly force, and I can assure you everything the armed clerk did in that video was perfectly justified.

  • He was the only one who did the right thing in this situation. If your life or others is threatened and you have the power to stop the threat it is your duty to act on that. I have a child about this child's age and I would have been there with the clerk shooting at the robber with him. You are an idiot for not recognizing his courage in this situation.

  • amen bro

  • Talk about bad parenting, the mom didnt even move the kid when a fucking robber came into the store she sat there like it was nothing.

  • so your saying you would want the child dead?

  • What I am saying is that I would have let the robber go and used the insurance company to recover my money. That is why you pay for insurance Einstein.

  • I get it. A dead child is always worth the money. We outha shoot you just saying that you let a child die

  • How can you be certain that the kid wasn't in danger if everybody cooperated?

Cooperation is no guarantee of safety because you can't be certain of the attacker's intent; what if he was disappointed with his take and decides to kill in frustration?

Besides, seeing the footage, there was ample space between the child and the line of fire; bullets don't magically curve out of the line and, since every shot hit its mark, the clerk knew what he was doing.

  • Thats crazy. The security guy shot the gun inches from the kids head with no regard for the what might well have happened if the other guy had shot back

  • Thats from the skewed high angle view, that was really a very safe set of shots (except perhaps for the robber). The security guy got his fire superiority just fine and dominated the situation. Any way you slice it its dangerous for everyone, but that danger was brought by the robber, not the security.

  • avatar941 you are exactly right the angle does make it look unsafe but was definetly a very safe shot and tinfishuk that guy had no time to even think about shooting back if he had he probably wouldnt be alive to day cause if he hadnt scrammed in a hurry he would have gotten shot, no way was he going to shoot back

  • Yet he did have regard for what might have happened if the CRIMINAL had his way...

  • If you were the attacker and were rapidly and accurately being shot at by your victim from complete surprise, I doubt you'd even think about shooting back.

I dare say, the first thought in your head may be this: "Holy shit!"

And, even if you could try to fire back, that may be difficult since those shots would be serious enough to incapacitate you, effectively neutralizing you as a threat.

  • that was great!!!!

  • more guns less crime what this guy did was great a prime example of what honest citezens do when the have guns, prevent crime,

  • Excellent. Use the woman for concealment of the draw.....

    ...that was a joke!

  • alright smart guy, what would have been the best move? let the armed robber take the money and execute every witness?

  • Homie dont play that!

No man, I was being sarcastic. Given the situation, it could not have played out better.

  • lay off...It was very smart, he acted as if he was helping to get the robbers money, and it kept the robber from knowing he was armed, let alone drawing...Life is not a western movie, you don't line up in town square. If the robber had seen him draw, he could have fired first, and there would have been 4 innocent people dead instead of the broken glass.

  • You must have missed the part where I said it was a joke.

  • yup...

  • good job, quick and decisive. In hindsight he probably should have taken better cover until the cops showed up, but that kind of thinking tends to fly out the windows under that kind of stress, Good for him.

  • I think i remember reading that 3 shots were fired and all three hit the perp. Also the shots were not close to the child, as the angle of the camera creates parallax.

  • God bless America..

  • Good job. Decisive action. But he came awfully close to hitting the little girl. I wonder how many shots connected.

  • all shots connected, and he wasn't close to the girl. the camera angle makes it seem that way

  • what the fuck is that guy doing hes lucky the gun was not on safety, they would be dead

this guy was lucky to be carring a gun waiting to use it

  • Glocks have safeties?

  • Yes, three.

  • You're bloody stupid too. Luck didn't factor in here at all. IF that pistol had a safety, and I don't think it did, a great majority of us that carry train religiously, and releasing the safety isn't even something we have to think about it. He made a choice to carry. No luck. And it's "carrying" retard.

  • That man is a hero and a true patriot. He saved those peoples lives and let the haters know just where to take their robbery and that's out the friggin door!

  • there are some people that let life happen to them,,, & there are other people that take life into there own hands,

  • a fucking men,

  • ..that sucks ha..he should not open fire in between cevilians...hopefully the kid was not hurt..

  • bull fucking shit moron, the black criminal shot first.

  • Did the kid look hurt stupid? And it's "civilians" and I didn't see any military uniforms in there. So why does the fact that they were civilians factor in? Or are you just trying to sound like you have a brain?

  • the fucking hottel employe shooting while covering most of his body behinde the women... did not need to make all that shooting. Fuck that robbery man anyways.

  • No, he was CONCEALING his draw, not taking cover behind others. He shot to protect 3 lives, not to save money.

I'm sure you were glad you were not there with your child, as then you would have to thank this man profusely and repeatedly as the women did. :^/

  • well first i am so happy that the child is safe and that women and she have a big lawsuit against the hotel probobly about 200,000$ and this hottel jerk should of never shoot putting life of the customer in danger for money man give the fucking money and then call police or go after him and shoot him. fucking idiot. Thanx good i was not there with my kid......

  • the guy shot dangerously close to that child...

  • he shot the guy as he was running away. in almost every state this is illegal. altho if he had a gun in his hand it shouldnt matter what way he is running. shoot till he drops the gun or is dead.

  • What Presidential Candidates are part of the CFR? What are they trying to accomplish?

    Who Opposes the CFR?

    Ron Paul

If you think CFR candidates will let us defend ourselves....you are asleep. WAKE UP!

Vote for Ron Paul in the Primaries.

  • ...correction...NOT criticizing in any way...

  • I know I'd probably have the same, quick trigger finger if I found myself in that situation, but had he also taken a split second to line his shot up, he likewise would have had him. No criticizing in anyway way, just making an observation about about how the adrenaline must spike in those situations.

  • Good for him. A couple quick side steps and he would have had him.

  • ummm..ATTENTION ALL MORONS...THE LITTLE GIRL DID NOT GET HIT..STOP PLAYING THE WHAT IF GAME..ITS AKIN TO SAYING WHAT IF I MET JESSICA ALBA AND GOT LAID? what if's are not facts. Deadly force was met with deadly force. Also what kinda of sick fucker gives 2 shits about a criminal who is evil doing evil things? why would good people care about bad? hmmm....if anyone gives a shit about the bad guy....i feel sorry if you reproduce.

  • fucking niggers. I need to buy guns.

  • shoot him in d head even if his in d floor. people like that doesnt deserve to live.

  • Too bad the clerk shots did not kill the robbing nigger.

  • That's good shooting....well done.
