Thor is god, Cav is the fastest sprinter in the world thou, no one can even come close. Only dopers can catch him, Thor is the best all around sprinter thou.
if i were Cav i would not really care i would rather win stages that the green jersey especially the last stage in Paris Cav won that by miles one of the best sprinters in the world and GBs got him!
Lol, some of you guys in here know s**t about cycling. There is no goddamn "Sprint jersey".
To be in content for _anything_ in the Tour de France you have to extreme stamina levels and an amazing determination, in addition to great cycling skills.
Cav will improve with time, and win the green jersey within the next three years.
@TobyRosen "The following events use the "green jersey" to signify the current leader and/or final winner of the overall classification by points".
Yeah, most of the points are determined in the sprints, but the points are given to the first cyclists who pass the points checkpoint (and finish line), which means that a sprint is not necessarily a factor.
Cav is definitely the best. Farrar is not bad either. If Farrar had a better team, I think he might've squeezed at least one win out of this year's TDF.
I think the gree jersey this year is a farce. 6 stage wins! Cav might have Hincapie and Renshaw to help him but he's out sprinted every other guy thats challlendged him. Even on uphill finishes, he's finished on top. If that doesn't win the Green Jersey I dont know what will. Points jersey is a Sprinter's Jeresy and no one deserves it more than Cav does. Its true he relies heavily on his team for wins but thats what the TDF is about. Hushovd is very strong but he's no match for cav in sprints.
You damn retard, its a POINT-jersey, not a SPRINT-jersey, to win the green jersey you have to take points during stages and not just at the finish-line. Learn some cycling before you post a stupid comment like that again.
I don't follow the TDF that much but I like this kid, I think that his ability to sprint like a madman really gets my atttention. Hopefully I shall be keeping up with this years TDF.
Boonen my great behind - he's a freaking loose who needs drugs... Mark Is one of the best sprinters ever. He won 4 stages in a road an he's only 24 years old, I'll take my hat off for him and Team Columbia in my mind THE BEST TEAM TO DAY.
Boonen was worldchampion hen he as ALSO 24 years old. He won of a sprint, after that he as a top sprinter and on green in 2007, but what if Marc as at the age of Boonen (28) ould he still in manny sprints?
Actually, he's not. Instead of buying an Audi R8 for himself, he instead bought presents for all his teammates after his Milan - San Remo win. People (Tom Boonen) tease him about being a second rate sprinter, and he fires back after winning, he's still a kid, u know. I think he has a great personality.
An "utter fail"??? Grow up! Where were all your sprinters? You're going to get your rear end kicked - really hard! So just shut up , bend over and take it like a man:-)
Good luck Mark!!!
PS I'll bet you're just loving Lance - He's shut a few whingers like you up today. I sincerely hope he shoves it right up you and ASO!!!!
he will certainly secure a few stage wins this year!I believe it all goes down to the day....cav Cav certainly proved himself last year!but like you say,the climbing might pose as a struggle...good luck to Mark!
He got round the Giro last year no problem. He can make it round the mountains okay. Barring accidents he's going to be a contender for three or four stages, if not the green jersey.
I want those Nike's!!

Hushovd must feel embarrassed wearing green. Cav is the fastest...official. TDF stage wins tell the story.

The fact of the matter is, Cav is king of the sprinters. With comments like yours, I bet you think your dick is only used for pissing. Fuckwit.

Hushovd has absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about, I think anyone who watched his ballsy performance in stage 17 would agree with me!

Look, he's a wonderfully talented cyclist and NOT a media darling. If you want one of those, look elsewhere, his legs do all the real talking....

Cavendish needs 10-15 units of frozen blood, insulin, HGH, cow blood spinners to reach Paris.

Horrible videography. It is just painful to watch. Seriously, a 12 year old could make a better video.

cavendish is a very good sprinter, most likely he's the best sprinter nowadays, but as a man he's an utter fail.
Criticising another cyclist (on Twitter for crying out loud) but if that cyclist wants to confront him he cowardly walks away.
Haha what a faggot that cavendish !
