@biomarburg you have to know how to do a bit of everything. Gunshots are important to understand layering, frequencies, compressing different frequencies like using c4 or c6, how to properly pan in 5.1, all the whiz bys, muzzle flashes, foley for the metal, the click of the triggers, differentiating all guns, etc...
Actually currently doing a video project for college just like this one. Why do they always want us to fill seemingly hundreds of gunshot sfx?
