2:25 is good for a master. the best master at my club old club gets about 2:30-something, but at my new club the best masters can get under 2:20 (including my coach)

That is actually a video of me winning gold in my age group at the GB Masters Championships, so I may be pretty slow, but everyone else is slower.

Thanks, did 19:09 for the 1500. The girl in the next lane did 17:59, but she's pretty good, she was ranked 43rd in the GB open rankings that year.
