So I bought this song on iTunes after watching your video for the hundredth time and then was slightly disappointed when listening to it on my iPod, I didn't hear House and Wilson conversing during the instrumental parts.
Oh, well. It's still fantastic, and I can't thank you enough for making this video.

Wow, a perfect song for House! He looks sort of helpless and pleading and needy throughout the video, or at least as much as he ever looks like those things... you obviously picked the shots that best suited the theme.
Season three was a veritable cornucopia of miserable!House shots, especially during the Tritter arc. And the last verse of the song describes "Meaning" so well (which really does kick off the whole Tritter saga), that I absolutely had to pair those together.

They do have the most twisted relationship, don't they? And we fans do so love it.
And yes, Wilson is VERY much a mother hen, but that's good, because sometimes House could stand some parenting. But then, sometimes Wilson really needs to lay off the lectures and just HELP House. Had he done so when the ketamine was wearing off, the entire Tritter arc might have been avoided.

That clip is from 1x11, "Detox." House is detoxing from Vicodin and smashes his hand to block the pain of withdrawal. Wilson bandages his hand.
