Womens car insurance is lower because women struggle to judge distances and space around them more than men do which is why they are more likely to have a small fender-bender than a Man. Men's is higher because they get distracted so they are more likely to be more serious accidents at high speed, injuring people, damageing things around us and totalling cars. that the 2 effects (women worse in one why, men worse in another) cancel each other out. In the end, we both suck.
