I wish!!!! If I pass a police car in Canada and I am doing maybe 10 km/h over the limit which is normal in Canada, they pull you over probably 75% of the time. I did it near my army base last weekend. I was on a road with a limit of 90, I was doing 100 (it was snowy), and I was stopped. "I can give you a ticket for this but I won't do it today." Its stupid. My car is safe to drive faster than our limits. One day I will go to Germany! lol

Anyway, i bet they wouldnt follow you also when it was a speedlimit zone, because they are already on duty and not that fast to follow him. Real highway cops drive powerfull civillian cars!

@Flo2806 P.S.: Der Kerl fährt laut Tacho nicht mal 200. Am Anfang sind es 190 km/h, später 200 km/h (Man bedenke die Abweichung durch den Tachometer, der üblicherweise mehr anzeigt). Zudem kommt der kerl kaum an den Bussen vorbei (die Fahren normalerweise Richtgeschwindigkeit ^^)
Not a lot of people know this, but Germany isn't the only place with no speed limit roads. Montana in the USA has no speed limit on its freeways and once you are outside of Douglas and the small towns on the Isle of Man, there is also no speed limit. No speed limit on 30 foot wide country roads (not freeways). Ob the Isle of man you will see a round white sign with a black diagonal line through it. That means no speed limit in the I.O.M
@Scootertuner1000 i live in the UK which has the same rules to some extent as the Isle of Man, the white and black road sign you described means National Speed Limit which is 60 or 70mph depending on where you are.

Of course you're going to pass police driving in a VAN, one of mankind's worst inventions in the automobile industry. They go 0-60 in 3.5 minutes, are usually slow as fuck and are usually driven by soccer moms or guys with no family.
We need German Standard Interstates here in the U.S. Though I'm sure we all know some state govts and even the Feds suck at maintaining their roadways so we can't enjoy the high speed thrills as other countries. Then again was does high speed driving do to one's gas mileage LOL. Eventually at those high speeds you will burn up your gas tank. @AudiA6Avant1990 Tatsächlich sieht man ungewöhnlich oft, dass sich Autofahrer nicht an Polizeiautos vorbeitrauen, Beispiel Rückfahrt aus unserem Niederlande-Urlaub. Die Niederländer waren immer zu schnell unterwegs, doch als dann auf der rechten Spur eine Streife fuhr, wurden alle ganz kleinlaut und sind dem lieben 3er schön hinterhergefahren, trotz der Tatsache, dass in dem Bereich kein Tempolimit galt :D

Well you might be right, all I know is that in June I got fined on the autobahn for going over 120kph. No speed limits were visible. The cops told me there was a change and all highways would proceed.
@MrMillionNL This is not right. In 2007, 51% of all german Autobahnen had no speed limit whatsoever. When you got fined, there was a speed limit or road works (they usually limit speed here). Btw, I also really don't believe a political party would dare to take away our 'right' to drive fast. Its like to forbidding firearms in the USA... :-)
maybe it was a normal road ...because it is like that if you have a no speed limit zone on the autobahn it means you can drive as fast as you can as long you keep the distance to the car in front of you and as long you pass all cars on the left ...on a road thats not called autobahn outside of a city or a village you max speed is 100 or 120 inside any city or village you are supposed 2 drive 50 as long as there is no speed limit ...
Damals hatte ich mal tierischen Ärger wegen der raserei, Landstraße entlang und das Fahrzeug ausgefahren, bei 270km/h Endgeschwindigkeit und einem Blitzer hörte der Spaß dann auf.
Wie es der Zufall wollte rannte in der Bremsphase ein Reh auf die Straße, das kostete mich das gesamte Fahrzeug, ich habe aus Reflex das Lenkrad verrissen und einen Schweren Unfall geaut, wären ringsrum keine Bäume gewesen wären ich und meine Beifahrerin vermutlich unn tot, also lasst solchen unsinn einfach.

@pravnik66 First there are only ~3% of the Autobahn without speedlimit (the rest ist between 120 and 160). The 2nd thing is we have special police which have juristiction over the Autobahn so my gues is those weren't one of those. And another thing you can overtake _nearly_ everywhere _IF_ you can drive at least 20 km/h faster than the car you want to overtake _ONLY IF_ you don't exceed the speed limit if there is one. Well if the police has their blue lights on it would be best not to overtake

what' your problem, man? In Germany, unless otherwise declared, there is no speed limit on autobahns. Hence, you can pass five police cars driving 220 km/ h or six police cars at the speed of 230 km/h, what the f**k do you post such a video?
Ich habe nur gesagt, dass die Einsatzhundertschaft wohl keine Raser anhält, da geschrieben wurde dass es die BuPo ist und die keine Rechte hätten den anzuhalten. Deshalb habe ich diese Sache jetzt einfach mal so dargelegt, dass dort die Geschwindigkeit auf 130 begrenzt wäre. Und die BuPo halt sehr wohl Leute anhalten könnte.

Habe nun leider nicht so auf Kennzeichen geachtet. Mag sein, dass es die LaPo war. Und natürlich kann die BuPo dich auch anhalten, was nen riesen Berg an Schreibkram nach sich zieht, so dass es doch der LaPo überlassen und gemeldet werden muss.
Dass man mit Transportern keine Raser jagt, ist wohl auch einleuchtend. Und was die Ahnung angeht: Mein Bruder ist bei der Bundespolizei, der sollte es wohl wissen.

Der macht da nix falsches, er hält seinen mindestabstand ein und wenn da keine geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung war dann darf der da so schnell fahren wie er lust hat.
Egal welche polizei da fahren würde , der dürft da auch mit 300 langfahren wenn er den mindestabstand einhält und sich sich immer rechts hält wenn es möglich ist.
not bad. .my max was 255k/ph ( bout 150 mph ) when I lived in germany. Useing my 93 BMW 530i. That was with 5 people and a trunk full of luggage ( had to run one guy to the airport in frankfurt for leave ). I miss the autobahn .. great times getting lost on the German roads.
Driving 210 km/h is totally legal, so why should they do anything? But you should keep in mind that your car insurance could deny paying for damages caused by you driving fast. (btw, my record is 220 km/h :D )

vor allem, die sind auf einem einsatz, sonst siehst du nie 4 oder 5 polizeifahrzeuge hintereinander... in einem einsatz halten die dich sowieso nich an, und weiterhin ist auf diesem abschnitt wohl kein limit ^^
bei einem einsatz müssen sie das blaulicht anhaben ... kann ja auch sein dass die alten autos einfach iwo an einem anderen ort versteigert werden, wird ja öfter gemacht oder sie kommen von einer massenveranstaltung zurück... aber du hast wahrscheinlich recht mit dem "auf diesem abschnitt ist wohl kein limit" ...
P.S. in österreich fährt man auch öfter mal mit dem feuerwehrwagen ohne blaulicht zum mc donalds oder zum chinesen xD...
Sie müssen ja nicht ^^ außer bei schwereren Einsätzen, da hast du vermutlich Recht. Würde irgendjemand zum Beispiel zu laut sein, fahren die nicht mit Blaulicht dahin, aber dann würden auch nich 5 Polizeiautos da auffahren. ^^

@AudiA6Avant1990 Tatsächlich sieht man ungewöhnlich oft, dass sich Autofahrer nicht an Polizeiautos vorbeitrauen, Beispiel Rückfahrt aus unserem Niederlande-Urlaub. Die Niederländer waren immer zu schnell unterwegs, doch als dann auf der rechten Spur eine Streife fuhr, wurden alle ganz kleinlaut und sind dem lieben 3er schön hinterhergefahren, trotz der Tatsache, dass in dem Bereich kein Tempolimit galt :D

@AudiA6Avant1990 -.-* in anderen Ländern gibt es sowas nun mal nicht, das man mit 210 km/h and der Polizei vorbeifahren kann, weil die anderen Länder Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzungen haben. Somit wundert es mich nicht, dass die sich freuen, erstaunt sind oder was auch immer.

Well you might be right, all I know is that in June I got fined on the autobahn for going over 120kph. No speed limits were visible. The cops told me there was a change and all highways would proceed.

@MrMillionNL This is not right. In 2007, 51% of all german Autobahnen had no speed limit whatsoever. When you got fined, there was a speed limit or road works (they usually limit speed here). Btw, I also really don't believe a political party would dare to take away our 'right' to drive fast. Its like to forbidding firearms in the USA... :-)

maybe it was a normal road ...because it is like that if you have a no speed limit zone on the autobahn it means you can drive as fast as you can as long you keep the distance to the car in front of you and as long you pass all cars on the left ...on a road thats not called autobahn outside of a city or a village you max speed is 100 or 120 inside any city or village you are supposed 2 drive 50 as long as there is no speed limit ...

Damals hatte ich mal tierischen Ärger wegen der raserei, Landstraße entlang und das Fahrzeug ausgefahren, bei 270km/h Endgeschwindigkeit und einem Blitzer hörte der Spaß dann auf.
Wie es der Zufall wollte rannte in der Bremsphase ein Reh auf die Straße, das kostete mich das gesamte Fahrzeug, ich habe aus Reflex das Lenkrad verrissen und einen Schweren Unfall geaut, wären ringsrum keine Bäume gewesen wären ich und meine Beifahrerin vermutlich unn tot, also lasst solchen unsinn einfach.

@pravnik66 First there are only ~3% of the Autobahn without speedlimit (the rest ist between 120 and 160). The 2nd thing is we have special police which have juristiction over the Autobahn so my gues is those weren't one of those. And another thing you can overtake _nearly_ everywhere _IF_ you can drive at least 20 km/h faster than the car you want to overtake _ONLY IF_ you don't exceed the speed limit if there is one. Well if the police has their blue lights on it would be best not to overtake

Most the wrecks on the autobahn that I have seen had a Czech LP # not American or German. I am a Military Police I am not saying Americans do not wreck but on the base i work on I have responded to more German Traffic accidents then Americans. I am not saying were the better driver. Probably have a similar average.

what' your problem, man? In Germany, unless otherwise declared, there is no speed limit on autobahns. Hence, you can pass five police cars driving 220 km/ h or six police cars at the speed of 230 km/h, what the f**k do you post such a video?

Ich habe nur gesagt, dass die Einsatzhundertschaft wohl keine Raser anhält, da geschrieben wurde dass es die BuPo ist und die keine Rechte hätten den anzuhalten. Deshalb habe ich diese Sache jetzt einfach mal so dargelegt, dass dort die Geschwindigkeit auf 130 begrenzt wäre. Und die BuPo halt sehr wohl Leute anhalten könnte.
@ Uncreative die Bundespolizei muss das Anhalten dann nur gut begründen dann passt es und die haben net so viel Schreibkram

Habe nun leider nicht so auf Kennzeichen geachtet. Mag sein, dass es die LaPo war. Und natürlich kann die BuPo dich auch anhalten, was nen riesen Berg an Schreibkram nach sich zieht, so dass es doch der LaPo überlassen und gemeldet werden muss.
Dass man mit Transportern keine Raser jagt, ist wohl auch einleuchtend. Und was die Ahnung angeht: Mein Bruder ist bei der Bundespolizei, der sollte es wohl wissen.
Ich habe nicht gegen Kritik, aber Niveau sollte man dabei nicht vergessen.

Warum hätten die denn was machen sollen? Immerhin handelt es sich um die Bundespolizei, die hat eh keine Rechte auf der Autobahn... Dafür ist die Landespolizei zuständig.
Why should the police do something? They have not the authority to do anything. This cars transport officers, who shall protect football-games or the airport.

Was laberst du für einen Scheiss??? Dass war die LaPo. Außerdem hat die Bundespolizei auch rechte dich anzuhalten! Die einzigste "Polizei" die das nicht hat ist die Stadtpolizei.
Man das war die Einsatzhundertschaft und die haben einfach nur etwas anderes zu tun als Raser zu jagen.

kannst du mir mal erklären warum der typ im video ein "raser" ist ? oder warum die den anhalten dürften ?
Der macht da nix falsches, er hält seinen mindestabstand ein und wenn da keine geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung war dann darf der da so schnell fahren wie er lust hat.
Egal welche polizei da fahren würde , der dürft da auch mit 300 langfahren wenn er den mindestabstand einhält und sich sich immer rechts hält wenn es möglich ist.
Wenn man keine ahnung hat....

not bad. .my max was 255k/ph ( bout 150 mph ) when I lived in germany. Useing my 93 BMW 530i. That was with 5 people and a trunk full of luggage ( had to run one guy to the airport in frankfurt for leave ). I miss the autobahn .. great times getting lost on the German roads.

Driving 210 km/h is totally legal, so why should they do anything? But you should keep in mind that your car insurance could deny paying for damages caused by you driving fast. (btw, my record is 220 km/h :D )

vor allem, die sind auf einem einsatz, sonst siehst du nie 4 oder 5 polizeifahrzeuge hintereinander... in einem einsatz halten die dich sowieso nich an, und weiterhin ist auf diesem abschnitt wohl kein limit ^^

bei einem einsatz müssen sie das blaulicht anhaben ... kann ja auch sein dass die alten autos einfach iwo an einem anderen ort versteigert werden, wird ja öfter gemacht oder sie kommen von einer massenveranstaltung zurück... aber du hast wahrscheinlich recht mit dem "auf diesem abschnitt ist wohl kein limit" ...
P.S. in österreich fährt man auch öfter mal mit dem feuerwehrwagen ohne blaulicht zum mc donalds oder zum chinesen xD...

Sie müssen ja nicht ^^ außer bei schwereren Einsätzen, da hast du vermutlich Recht. Würde irgendjemand zum Beispiel zu laut sein, fahren die nicht mit Blaulicht dahin, aber dann würden auch nich 5 Polizeiautos da auffahren. ^^
