Ooh... Beethoven, what's not to love of him? Some of his easier piano works are kind of chunky, but ALL of his compositions are brilliant, absolutely pure genius... oh, I just love him to bits!
You see the irony in that, right? No, I'm not gonna thumb you up. I'm not even gonna report you. Sit in shame and think about what you just did. Thumb-whoring made it even worse.
Apparently Beethoven whose hearing had all but disappeared by the time he premiered this symphony had to be turned around to face the audience's rapturous applause as he could hear nothing, and he wept.
@youtube please would you create justin bieber comments filter for classical music? i really hate this kind of comments. they are in almost every one video. i really don't care about him. simply would like to read what people think of the actutal piece i am listening to. delete this comment afterwards, thanks.
(sort of filtering thing i would like to use pretty much elsewhere, like in account settings?)
Also to all people who make comments about any artists that have nothing to do with beethoven especially to those that are so inferior to Him please stop it, abominations like them are only good to be referred in abomination tracks like the ones they make! And i wouldnt know anything about them, not even their existence, if you never talked about them!!!
there some discontinuation due to the change of videos and also it's not allowed to be played in a playlist, idk why! couldnt you post it in the whole or at least in a way that wont break the movements into pieces?
justin bieber is in a whole different category from beethoven. beethoven is a classic music artist that created music from pure knowledge of harmony and sound. he didn't have the luxury of hearing music, he just created it. justin bieber is a "new age" artist who doesn't know anything about classic music and probably doesn't know how to even write notes and create music, apart from maybe writing lyrics. he just has a cute young voice and his parents had a lot of money to put him out there :D
@sheboman19 actually Justin Bieber was kinda poor before all the fame, he made it this far because he HAS talent, btw shut up if you dont know anything about it.
@SoFarAway6661 Good for you im here because i have freedom of choice and wanted to. Why would anyone care if you got here from epic rap battles? Tell me who did you honestly think would care.

Actually I like metal and I am studiyng music, I don't think this is boring or for old people, you only need to undertand it, as metal, this kind of music has a meaning, deep and strong.
i like death metal, rap, classical, heavy, rock and a little bit of pop...
ppl needs to understand that good music can be found in almost every genre instead of being so narrow minded that they refuse to even try to listen to other genres.
It is said that music is the food of soul. If so, rap, heavy metal and other junk is junk food. Different music has different effects. Some uplifts, some degrades. I like, depending on my mood, classical, some older rock, older-style county, broadway musicals, some popular. But I try not to feed my soul, my true, self, junk. I am discrimnating, not narrow-mined. Best is the inner spiritual music of higher plains of consciousness accessed thru meditation.
listening to people bellow into their mics like it's the end of the world can't really do you any good. what with the combination of noise, sex and violence in common heavy metal, i doubt what a mentally healthy individual can get out of it.
@vancor2000 death metal and other more aggressive forms of metal can be good food for the soul, you simply see it that way because I assume you don't see the value in it or appreciate it. Ever thought of metal as a way of relieving anger, instead of flaming it? Not all metal songs are doom/gloom, many of them are focused on self-empowerment and individualism - both very good things for ones "soul". Everyone should try and break down their preconceptions of music - enjoy everything for what it is

I'm 13, yes I don't like pop music, I'm not your conventional young teenager but at no costs am I ashamed to say that I would pick this over mainstream music any day, Beethoven actually expresses depth into his work, he didn't write a cluster of words on a piece of paper and name it something cliché like 'I'm sexy and I know it' god, I hate the 21st century.
@EmptyWordsOfSolitude I'm 2, yes I don't like Thomas the tank engine, I'm not your conventional young toddler but at no costs am I ashamed to say that I would pick this over Thomas the tank engine and "Row row row your boat" any day, Beethoven actually expresses depth into his work, he didn't write a cluster of words on a piece of paper and name it something cliché like, "The wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round, round and round", god I hate the 21st centuary
@KaaziSemaj I love the 21st century. 1905 was the year of the greatest scientific papers, the 1910's to 1920's was the formulation of the foundation of quantum mechanics, the 1940's showed us the reality of the theories, and so on.
Um... we have the introduction of viable spintronics, maybe, possibly the introduction of formulated, organized complexity science?, and... um. Well, shit, just give us a few more decades!

@asdfuogh Um that was the 20th century

@MaximusClaw Well, damn. I hate myself. :)
Um... we have the introduction of viable spintronics, maybe, possibly the introduction of formulated, organized complexity science?, and... um. Well, shit, just give us a few more decades!

I accidentally played Mozart's "Dies Irae" somewhere around 0:35. It was awesome.

While we're on our high horse of classical music lets not forget that that every century has pop music.
